A New Approach.

So, counting calories doesn't seem to be doing much...so, starting tomorrow, I'm going to try the Weight Watchers points.  Since this seemed to help several years ago, when I lost nearly 30 lbs, I think it may work again.  We'll see...

Also, I just bought a pedometer.  I'm a mathematician, and need cold, hard, facts.  So, with the points and the steps, maybe this will shed some light on why I'm not losing any weight.

Off for a new adventure!
