Exercise:
30 minutes running
20 minutes elliptical
20 minutes weights
I burned over 300 cals at the gym today!
1 hour on Wii Fit (burned 180 cals!)

Weigh-In: Tomorrow

Tomorrow marks the weigh-in for the Biggest Loser contest at our school.  Not that anyone on our staff has much weight to lose, but it's nice to have an opportunity to lose weight, while also knowing that you could win $500 at the end.

I weigh in first thing when I get to school.  I feel pretty good about my chances.  I have lots of "baby" weight to get rid of, and already have been exercising regularly.  I have my routine mapped out, and if I just stick to it, I'm sure I'll do fine.

My goal is to record everything I eat and do on this blog - whenever I weigh in, I'll mark it on here as well.  What better way to track my progress then to publish it live.  Maybe if I get very brave, I'll post before and after pictures as well.  We'll see!
