Weigh In: --

Food:
Corn Chex with Milk
3 egg whites
Grape Nuts with Milk
1 tsp of sugar
2 bananas
1 cup spaghetti
1/2 cup meat and tomato sauce
Cup of milk
1 small serving of chips with onion dip
1 chocolate chip cookie

5 cups of water

Exercise:
1 1/2 hours at gym
- "glider", weights, treadmill (walk/run)
