Monday, February 8th

Weigh-In: 179.1 lbs (Yikes!)
Food:
Special K, milk
Grapefruit
Corn Flakes, milk
Chili (1/2 cup)
2 pieces of corn bread
1/2 cup of peas
6 cups of water
1 cup of milk

Exercise:
1 1/2 hours of my yoga class
