Food:
Canned peaches
2 egg whites
2 Pieces of Toast with butter
Bagel with tomato, basil, and cheese
Strawberry Spritzer (fresh berries, white grape juice, club soda)
4 very thin crepes with chocolate mousse and strawberries
3 pieces of sausage

Exercise:
30 minutes of Wii Fit Plus
