Oops!  My bad...it's been a bit since I blogged.  Ok, back to being good:

Weigh In: 177 (both school and at Planet Fitness)

Food:
Scrambled Eggs (2 whole, 2 egg whites) - no milk
2 pieces of toast with butter
Banana
Orange
Raisin Bran
Banana
Orange
Peach Yogurt
Ham
Mashed Potatoes
Hot cocoa

Exercise:
1 hr at gym (Week 2 Day 2 C25K Program) - Burned 350 cals.
