Weigh In: --

Food:
Banana (the only healthy thing I've eaten all day)
Macaroni and cheese (leftovers...bleck)
Popcorn (with a in-house movie!)
Mashed potatoes (more leftovers  - need to make room in the fridge!)
2 Dove chocolates (leftovers, um...from Valentines Day!)

Exercise:
30 minutes running
20 minutes elliptical
20 minutes weights
I burned over 300 cals at the gym today!
1 hour on Wii Fit (burned 180 cals!)
